Hello team, i tried to change the width 2 and depth 5 and auto filling, but its not working who ever referred the person moves to same referrer, its not moving to downline can you check and update us….even demo version also not working this one

Hello,

Generally, the issue is caused by the settings or how/when the user registered to the system.

Try the following steps and check the result:

• Make sure the payplan settings have been configured properly (you can read the online documentation here).
• Reset or purge the existing test members (you can do this from Admin CP, Maintenance page and click the Purge Test Records button). It's to make sure the newly registered member using the latest payplan settings. Note! You can do this when the system on the Debug Mode.
• Start system test by registering new members and referring other members.
• Important! make sure the member account is active before they refer others.
