Download Error

 Hi, friends. 

There is an error with downloadable content. I have added them manually in .zip format and also in .jpg format but in both cases, when the client downloads the files, they are not downloaded in the correct format and cannot be opened. 

Can you help me?

Hello,

Please check your file size and existence, if the file exists on the server and the format is supported, then it should be downloadable.
