I can't see my digital product uploaded in member area

Hi there,

I uploaded my digital products in download directory

But I can't see them in the member area.

I tried zip and pdf extension

And respect the size

But nothing appear,

Can you help me please?

Hello,

After uploading the files to your server, you need to crawl them before the files listed on the File Download page. See the attached screenshot.
