FI forgot my password function does not work

The forgot password button doesn't work on my website, it says to send the reset email but never receive it

Please check the following:

- Make sure your site is able to send emails. You can use the Test Sending feature from Admin CP, General Settings page.

- The Reset Password Request option is enabled in the Admin CP, Notification List page.
