Hello, I have several questions and urgent requests...

1) Why when doing the manual renewal, it is not done and a new renewal transaction appears... that is, when changing the status from Not Paid to Paid, the renewal process does not take place... The transaction appears as "Paid" however, it is not reflected in the member's account or in the accumulated system...

2) When the process is done directly with the balance of the wallet everything is correct, however, when I check the structure the sponsor changes to the next one, this should not happen, since it belongs to a sponsor and is only paying for the renewal of its plan... That is: when paying for the renewal you must stay with the same sponsor

I need to solve these 2 situations...

Hello,

1. Changing the status manually will only change the status and not process other tasks. If you want to approve or renew manually, use the approval button from the member details page.

2. We have checked and try to reproduce the issue, and no problem with the sponsor and member structure.

* If you are using the previous version, please update it to the latest one (update on 20 October 2022) then try it again. If the issue remains exist, please provide a video how to reproduce the issue and we will check it.
