Cant register account when Debug mode is disabled

Question

I was able to test and set up the system when it is under maintenance that is in debug mode enabled

When I disabled it I started getting password issues on the registration

No matter the combination I try that follows the requirement

I discovered this is a bug from the system if _ underscore is in the password it will keep popping that error until its being removed.

How can disable all these password securities many users don't have the patience to discover this on their own.
