Hi Support, I want to know if this is possible to do. Our Level 1 is a free entry program and it does allow users to earn from the system but they will have access to additional features when they upgrade. When a user fails to upgrade, their bonus will be automatically sent to their nearest paying upline. Is this possible and how?

What bonus is it? a commission when users refer others?

By default, the commission for a member will be distributed according to the values configured in the Payplan Settings page. If a member is not eligible for it, these commissions are not generated by the system.
