How to add category to files and estore and how to download files from member cpanel?

Hello,

I have upgraded my scrip to the latest version. However, there are questions I would like to ask.

1. I have downloaded the files in the Digital Download. However when I checked it in the member Cpanel nothing is in there. Files are not there in the download menu.

2. How add or make category in the store, digital download and in the digital content.

Hello,

1. You need to configure the availability or settings of the file, like Availability (disable or enable), Available Payplan, and also file status.

2. To create or update a category in the store, use the Manage Group page (under the Setting menu), in the Admin CP.
