EXTENDED/PLUS ISSUES

Question

Dear Support,

1) Today I downloaded and installed the extended script from my member area, but it is still version 3.3.0. Please, update and advise.

2) The recycle/re-entry option to follow referrer is not working. In the previous version, when a sponsor complete her matrix, the sponsor re-enters into the next free space of any of his referrers. But now I noticed that when the sponsor completes his matrix, he re-enters as a new sponsor at top of a new matrix despite the fact that I chose the option to 'reentry follow referrer'. Please, how do I resolve this?

1. Please try to redownload.

2. Is it possible to upload screenshots for the options you are referring to? Please also understand that from time to time we may add, modify, or remove options/features in the script according to version changes.

I have the updated script now and the matrix is working as expected.

Please, one more thing. How would vendors add product to the store? I can't find anything like that.

Hello,

The estore for vendor feature will be available when the vendor option is enabled on the Admin CP, General Settings page and the member is marked as a Vendor (whether it is enabled manually by the Admin or automatically after the member has registered to the program/package with the vendor option enabled). If the member has already registered to the program/package without the vendor option enabled, you need to enable it manually from the Update Member page.
