We are trying to copy the project locally to make tests and changes to the template, but it is giving us this error:

“can notverifythecode, makesure your domain is valid and the server meets the system requirements. please try again.”

How can I solve that?

As described in the error message...

...make sure your domain is valid and the server meets the system requirements...

You will need a valid domain name and a supported server to install the script. If you are using a live site and want to test and/or make changes without interrupting the site, you can use a subfolder in your site to install the script, and when the test or changes are complete, you can reinstall it on the main site.
