Referral link does not work shows a white page with File not found. [closed]

Question

When clicking on the referral link from a member section (https://www.koosbook.com/id/orange) I get an error File not found.

error_log shows the following:

Hello,

I am sorry but the link that does not work is https://www.koosbook.com/id/orange where orange is the username

It does not go to the member login page.

By changing the .htaccess file it does not show the error “File not found” anymore but it does not go to the member login page.

In the .htaccess file I replaced Options +FollowSymlinks (which produces an error 500) by Options Indexes SymLinksIfOwnerMatch

The new lines are now:

#Options +FollowSymlinks

Options Indexes SymLinksIfOwnerMatch
