It only goes white after installation then HTTP Error 500 after refresh.

Question

I bought a new license and started a new project. I'm facing this error during installation. It only goes white after installation then HTTP Error 500 after refresh. Checked my database no tables created. I'm afraid my license get blocked after so many reinstallation in the same subdomain. Please help.

Before installing, make sure the server meets the script requirements, especially for the MySQL database. You can check it in the installation page (first step: server requirements).

Hello, this is the first step during installation, x mark is present in SQL 3.1.21 and below is the version of my sql found in server information inside my cpanel. Is there a conflict on this? Do I need to contact webshosting support to fix this?

Please use the server requirements as a reference as it will detect the server settings from the current script location.
