Hi. We have a use case where students register for membership, and then their tutor logs into their account and does the plan registration. Is there a way to ensure that referrer information is available on when the tutor does the plan registration on their own device? At the moment the plan is being moved to Admin.

The student register from registration form or he registered manually by tutor from their member area?

What license do you use on your installation, regular or plus/extended?

the student registers from the registration form. then the tutor sits with them, gets them to log in to his device, registers and then pays the registration fee for them. this is to aid those students who are not able to afford the first regfee.

I have also tested the manual creation by tutor on the member cp. it creates the new member but does not register the plan, although I select one. it also puts the new member record under admin which is surprising given that the referrer is actually creating the new member.

it also only allows me to only select the active plans that the tutor has. we need to be able to register the new member against any of the plans we have available. in our case we have 5 plans.

we are using version 3.3.2 with the Plus license

Hello,

In Admin CP, General Settings page -> Members tab, what is your "Payplan Registration Option" option?

Also, when registering a new member, please make sure that the sponsor tracking is enabled by using the referral link or entering the sponsor manually (if the option for it is enabled from Admin CP).

We are using the referral link. And settings are "Manual by Member" and "Allow Member to Register Their Referrals" = True

Hello,

With the same general settings "Manual by Member", we have tested it and cannot reproduce the similar issue. The result is that the new member is placed under the correct sponsor (although the plan is not the same) and the commission is also generated for the sponsor.

Here is how we reproduce the registration process:
1- Visit the sponsor's referral URL, on the registration page the sponsor's username is displayed correctly
2- Fill out the registration form
3- Login to the member area, in the dashboard all available plans are displayed
4- Select the plan to register, confirm the sponsor is the same, process the payment
5- New member is activated, and commissions are generated for the sponsor

If the issue is still exist in your part, please provide the video of it, we will have a look at it.
