Thanks for your reply. However, when I used JUST ONE member's referral link, the re-entries went back to the admin. I thought the re-entries would go back to the same referrer or a sponsor NOT the admin. Again, in my scenario, I am just JUST ONE member's referral link. Is this possible?

Thanks

Hello,

If you are using one and same member as a referrer, the re-entry account will be placed under admin.

Let say A registers on your site as the first member, his referrer and sponsor will be admin. When A refers others and cycles, the sponsor of the re-entry account will also be admin (since the referrer and sponsor of A is admin).

One of the bugs I was referring to is the same admin problem. I tried your answer but it still did not work. Members from number 7 onward are still going under admin. Again, I am using just one link that does not have the admin as the sponsor or the referrer. Also please note: I saw a possible solution in this forum to change the My SQL database to:

Disable SQL mode in your server (e.g. remove the ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY, ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO, etc in the SQL mode).

If this is wrong, let me know.

This is what my hosting company replied with.

MariaDB [(none)]> SELECT @@sql_mode;
+------------+
| @@sql_mode |
+------------+
|            |
+------------+
1 row in set (0.001 sec)

See the video for more clarification of the admin problem.

Hello,

Thank you for your video and details, here are some notes regarding features available on the script.

  • Reentry or repayments when matrix cycling will work if the plan (registration fee) is configured as paid plan. There is no reentry on the free plan.
  • The reentry follow sponsor or follow referrer option will refer to the sponsor and referrer of the member who reentry, so the reentry account will be placed outside the current member matrix. For example: A is referrer and sponsor of B, when B cycling and reentry, B1 will be placed under A.
  • Spillover process will place the new referral under member's matrix structure. If the member's matrix structure has been completed, the system will place the new referral under Admin (outside of their matrix structure). For example: If the matrix is 2x1, where A is the sponsor of B and C (in this case, the A matrix is complete), the next A referrals will be placed Admin. If the Roll-up member placement option is Next Sponsor, the next A referrals will be placed under B and C (as direct referrals of B and C), and when the B and C direct referrals are fulfilled, the next A referrals will be placed under Admin.

You can adjust the settings according to the above conditions, or if you want the system to work in a different way, the customization service or changes in the script will be required.

For the database, as long as the result is the same and no error generated, then it should be fine.

Regards,
