Registered and Member count always the same.

Question

In my admin dashboard, the registered members(I assume are the ones who joined but did not pay) and the members(paid) counts are always the same. How do I fi this?

Hello,

The "Registered" in this case is used for people who register on your site, while "Member" is a registered user who joins/purchases your plan/package. The total number may vary depending on the payplan registration option, reentry on cycle option, and multi plans settings.

Yes. I figured that. However, when I added users who did not pay and some who paid, the numbers were always the same.See screenshots.

From the screenshot, it seems that all registered have joined/purchased your plan (regardless of whether they are active/paid or not), so the total of registered and total members is the same.
