The matrix isn't working properly

I have a 3x3 but the system is showing different. The first level is showing 2 referrals instead of 3. I sent you the example already.

Please review the member details of your first level and check his member plan structure. The issue may occur if his plan structure is not the same (it may caused if the payplan settings changed after this member joined the plan).
