I need the FULL documentation of each functionalities and their description

I am setting up unimatrix, but I have problems of understanding some of the functionalities and usage. Please send me the user manual to explain the functions of each settings within admin CP and member CP....

One example is that , I don't know what's the purpose and meaning of "General Settings -> Members -> Double-opt-in-Registration" ??
