Catalog items are disappearing after members registration approval from admin [closed]

Catalog items are disappearing after members regiatration approval from admin . Then no items are shown in catalog . Even  , After first member's registration approval from admin , no items are shown in catalog

The item in the Catalog page will be displayed according to the member's tracking id. If there is no tracking id found, the items by admin will be displayed, otherwise the items by vendor (who owns the tracking id) will be displayed.

Member will still be able to see available items from their member area, Store page.
