What is the difference between the re-entry follow sponsor and the re-entry cycling structure?  I'm confused, is this the same thing?

Re-entry follow sponsor = place new reentry account under main account sponsor.

For example, if A is the sponsor of B, the reentry account (B1) will be placed under A's structure.

Re-entry cycling structure = place new reentry account under main account structure.

For example, if A is the sponsor of B, the reentry account (B1) will be placed under B structure.
