Hi, I had an issue regarding member ranks. I added 2 rank level for instance rank A dan rank B with different rank color. The registered member will applied to rank A with rank A color. When members in rank A gets 3 referrals, they will promoted to rank B with different color using and/or to value of 3. I try registered 3 referrals but the rank A member did not promoted to rank B. Please assist. Thank you.
