Error 500 on Refferral Links URLs

Question

Hi Guys,

As the title says, I am installing the latest version of January 25, 2024 of Unimatrix.
I'm using Plesk with Apache + Nginx and it already includes the directives in NGINX:
location /id/ {
rewrite ^/id/(.*)$ /id/index.php?ref=$1 last;
}

Everything works but when I try to access https://portal.easyplus.digital/id/ or https://portal.easyplus.digital/id/rosanaaraujo I get the error:

500 Internal Server Error
nginx

I saw several cases here on the forum that seem related, but none of them worked for me, can you help me?

Check your server for an error log and post the error message here for further review.

Hello,

Generally, the log file is in the same folder when the error occurs, but to be sure, please consult with your hosting provider, as well as for the mod rewrite for the URL, since we are not familiar with the plesk.
