Question

After installation admin cp, member cp and registration is still error 500, meet all requirements in server only the mysql have the question mark and im sure that our server uses mysql

This error indicates that the database details are not present in the configuration file. It can occur if the system is not installed properly.

How we will fix it? i just followed the instructions in manual still error
