New Referrers are not showing on the referral page and on the genealogy

I installed this version since 13 Sep 2023, and it has been working well, not until recently i notice that newly registered referrers are not showing under referal page and on the sponsors' genealogy. Is there  something that i need to do ?

Hello,

Depending on your settings, please check if the referrer/sponsor account is active and/or eligible to refer new referrals. You can also check in the referral/member details to make sure if the referrer/sponsor is recorded properly.
