1. Can you help to customize the registration form alone? How much would that cost me?

2. I notice that the regular $59 licence does not give the feature to export members in CSV. Or do I need to configure something?

Does it mean i need to upgrade to the Plus? If yes, do I need to buy it afresh or there will be a discount since I just spent $59 on the Regular?

Does the Extended license have the ability to export members in CSV?
