I Can Not Install UniMatrix Membership Script

Question

I can not install  the UniMatrix Membership script. When I attempt to do so I get an error that states:

"Connection failed: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'z{kz�ޙ�z�'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"

Can someone please tell me what the problem is? I have gone from error to error with this software and I am about ready to call it quits. If you can not tell me how to successfully install the script, can you please tell me how to get a refund? Bye the way, one time I did make it as far as the installation wizard screen using v4.4.2 but I decided not to install it and use the latest version instead. Now I can not any version installed.

The error is most often caused when the database username and/or password are incorrect, or the user is not properly connected to the database.

Actually, as long as your server meets the script requirements, the installation is very easy and straightforward. If you cannot install it, I suggest you hire someone or you can order the installation service.
