commission not added

the commission is not pulling through for the users. Here is how i set up the commission :

if there is a signup the person get a commission of 50 , the upline will get 25 and the next upline will get 10 and so on.

but the commission is not been recorded by the system

You need to configure the commission settings in the Admin CP, Payplan Settings page. The commission will be generated for the active/paid sponsors when the member account is activated/approved (after automatic payment or manually by admin).

There is an example in the documentation where you can check how to configure the commission settings.
