The account was not activated after the user made the payment with coinpayments

Question

Please we faced a problem with Coinpayments activation:

After the member pay with coinpayments the user stay in "registered only"

The account was not activated after the user made the payment with coinpayments

we made the test with "Litecoin Testnet = LTCT"

The Merchant ID and the IPN Secret is correct

we recieved the payment to our coinpayments website but the account is not activated in Unimatrix script.

Script Version Version 5.5.0 Plus License

Could you kindly confirm whether your coinpayments account has been verified? Also, could you please let me know what the option is for the crypto after the payment is received?

Hello, Thank you for your answer.

1-Yes my coinpayments account is a verified account

2- The option is for the crypto : We tried the two options ASAP and To balance.

For the API Key Permissions: we are cheking this options in the first time

create_transaction

rates

create_withdrawal

Allow auto_confirm = 1 in create_withdrawal (not recommended unless you absolutely need it)

and we tried with all the options and nothing works again

Could you kindly let us know your domain name or the location where you install the script and perform the payment testing? We're wondering if this could be the reason why the system isn't reading the IPN information after a payment is complete.
