cross-plan commission feature not working on plus license

The cross-plan commission feature is not working on the plus license. I have recreated my database, cleared cache, and reinstalled several times but when a member chooses a different plan to that of their active referrer the new member is moved to the frontline and commissions don't flow to the referrer. 

I am using unilevel with depth 7. both plans have a registration fee and renewal fee (just different amounts).

Both plans have initial and renewal level comms set as "70, 50, 45, 25, 10, 6, 4"

Is there a setting that I have missed or is there something I have set incorrectly? please assist.

Hello,

Please use the following syntax for the commission list:

#[sponsor_plan_id]=[commission_list_separated_by_comma]

It allows you to configure different commissions based on the plan where the new referral is registered.

Based on your commission list, you can enter the commission as follows:

#1=70, 50, 45, 25, 10, 6, 4
#2=70, 50, 45, 25, 10, 6, 4

If you want to use percentage, for example:

#1=20%, 10%, 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%, 5%
#2=25%, 10%, 5%, 2%, 3%, 2%, 10%
